Summary/Abstract: The doctrine of Romanian tax law is enriched—without fear of using grand words—by a new editorial publication whose scope and complexity, I believe, no longer surprise anyone familiar with specialized legal literature. Thus, our colleagues from Babeș‑Bolyai University in Cluj‑Napoca once again draw our attention with the second edition of their volume published under the title “Tax Law,” the first edition having appeared in 2023. In this way, we are all witnessing an exceptionally rich and spectacular end of the year 2025, both in terms of tax legislation—which has proven to be more than fluid—and in terms of scientific events and publications in the field of financial and tax law.
