Pedagogy as a value filter: rethinking education in the age of artifi cial intelligence

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present education as a key category of pedagogical reflection in the face of cultural and ethical challenges posed by artificial intelligence. Education is not viewed here as a mere supplement to digital learning but as a space of axiological resistance to the dominance of technology over relationships, values, and subjectivity. This is a theoretical-reflective paper based on selected literature in critical pedagogy, philosophy of education, and technology studies. The argument is structured around five thematic axes: the redefinition of education in an automated world; digital justice and access; relationality as resistance to dehumanization; future competencies; and trust as a pedagogical category. The article contributes to the debate on the humanistic dimension of education in the age of artificial intelligence and emphasizes the need to consciously shape subjects capable of living with technology, not under it. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wychowania jako kluczowej kategorii refleksji pedagogicznej w obliczu kulturowych i etycznych konsekwencji rozwoju sztucznej inteligencji. Podjęto się analizy wychowania nie jako dodatku do edukacji cyfrowej, lecz jako przestrzeni aksjologicznego oporu wobec dominacji technologii nad relacją, wartościami i podmiotowością. Artykuł ma charakter teoretyczno-refleksyjny; opiera się na analizie wybranych źródeł z zakresu pedagogiki krytycznej, filozofii edukacji oraz studiów nad technologią. Tekst obejmuje pięć osi problemowych: redefinicję wychowania w zautomatyzowanym świecie, sprawiedliwość cyfrową, relacyjność jako opór wobec dehumanizacji, kompetencje przyszłości oraz zaufanie jako kategorię wychowawczą. Artykuł stanowi głos w dyskusji nad humanistycznym wymiarem edukacji w dobie sztucznej inteligencji oraz potrzebą świadomego kształtowania podmiotów zdolnych do życia z technologią, lecz nie pod technologią.
