Summary/Abstract: IFrom an educational perspective, it is important to equip students with skills to help them at their studies’ end. For a long time now, it has not been enough “just” to have professional skills to get a job. Soft skills are becoming more important in the labour market every year. Some skills are particularly important in agile companies, where, in addition to technical skills, there is a strong emphasis on flexibility, teamwork and continuous learning, which are key to the success of projects. This research aimed to investigate which soft skills important for agile operations are measured by technical interviewers when assessing different candidates in agile companies? The results of this research can help job seekers to be better prepared for interviews for agile companies. They can also help educational institutions to see the current market needs for which they need to prepare students.
