Summary/Abstract: Marriage in Islam, as a contract governed by Sharia law, plays a crucial role in both spiritual and social life. While not a sacrament, it constitutes an agreement whose conditions and regulations influence the functioning of the family. In countries with Islamic state law, gender inequalities are evident, particularly concerning issues such as polygamy, divorce, and women's rights. This article examines inquiries and fatwas published on the Islamweb platform, which integrates traditional sources - the Quran, hadiths - and teachings from Sunni schools of law. Particular attention is given to interpretations related to marriage, their impact on the daily lives of Muslims, and contemporary challenges in reconciling tradition with modern realities. These analyses enrich the social and legal contexts, emphasizing their practical significance. The article considers interpretations of marriage law among Muslims, focusing on the tangible challenges of everyday life.
