Summary/Abstract: This article discusses contemporary regulatory challenges of Polish tourism law. It identifies general challenges related to the evolution of Polish tourism law, as well as indicates perspectives for the development of the regulations thereof both in regulatory and deregulatory terms. Polish tourism law needs to be improved in many aspects and areas. The authors conclude that said improvement should be wellbalanced, avoiding excessively strict or broad approaches. Nor should it be characterised by excessive casuistry.
