Summary/Abstract: The article explores the relationship between law and medicine from a comparative jurilinguistic perspective, highlighting historical and cultural connections between these fields. Historically, law and medicine have been closely linked, exemplified by figures such as Moses Maimonides, who was both a physician and an expert in Jewish law. The concept of healing is central in both restorative justice and medical practice, reflecting a modern trend in justice to address conflicts through a therapeutic lens. The terminology of restorative justice includes medical-related terms, suggesting a holistic and humanistic approach to justice. This interdisciplinary synthesis is evident in contemporary legal movements that promote justice as a healing act for society. The study emphasizes the importance of a comparative approach in jurilinguistics to better understand how language and concepts are shared and adapted between these fields.
