Summary/Abstract: Our existence unfolds within a society that is constantly changing. Rapid transformations make us ask: do students know how to apply what they have learned? The way the teacher guides and facilitates the learning process becomes a model for students. Therefore, we believe that Religion class can stimulate the discovery of new values, the development of students’ creative abilities, and confidence in the personal abilities of both the educator and the educated. The new directions of the educational process promote a balanced combination between individual work and teamwork. The Parable of the Prodigal Son is one of the students’ favorite parables. To create a pleasant and relaxing activity during Religion class, we staged the Parable of the Prodigal Son in a short play with four acts, considering that this would contribute to a successful didactic activity.
