Summary/Abstract: The pastoral activity of youth represents an important topic for the Romanian Orthodox Church. Noticing this aspect, I have tried to emphasise its main pillars and to analyse some of its aspects that can be improved. Both the activity of the Romanian Orthodox Church inside Romania and outside it is emphasised with focus on the specificity of each one of and with an analysis of its weak and strong points, in an attempt to provide not only a presentation of a situation, but also a search with practical meaning in the area of pastoral work.
