Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we focus on the construction of feminist ethos in the French podcasts YESSS and Un podcast à soi. Our study aims at disclosing the mechanisms through which these audio productions contribute to redefining feminist discourse and activism online. By integrating discourse analysis, rhetoric, and gender studies, we highlight the linguistic and discursive strategies used to shape a credible and committed self-image. Two distinct forms of ethos emerge: one, militant and subversive, the other, intimate and reflective. Emphasis on inclusive language and the challenge of linguistic sexism reveal how language becomes a tool for empowerment and social change within the feminist digital space.
