Summary/Abstract: The article updates the issues of creative onomastics, neology, sociolinguistics, pragmatics, theory of linguo-axiology, and grammar (morphology) of evaluation. It shows that the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war has significantly changed people’s language thinking, promoting linguistic creativity. This creativity is manifested in the ability to model deanthroponymic formations that not only retain the existing pragmatics of motivational proper names but also enhance their pragmatic force by modelling verb-pragmemes, which effectively realize the informative and influential function through their powerful evaluative and functional stylistic content. The research material con¬sists of the authors’ card index, which contains over 100 contexts of the functioning of deanthroponymic verb forms, which are widespread in modern Ukrainian media discourse, including Ukrainian and English Internet speech. The facts of oral and written live speech of Ukrainians are taken into account. The purpose of the study is to propose a theory of deanthroponymic verbal innovation, which is distinguished from the theory of deonymic innovation as a direction that arose on the border of onomas¬tics and linguistic innovations. And, to characterize the linguistic creativity of Ukrainian speakers in forming deanthroponymic verb forms as a way of creating evaluative expressive meanings and values for naming processes, actions, or states, as well as to demonstrate the potential of the English language in this aspect, as the considered deanthroponymic neologisms also function in English discourse, presenting a system of corresponding semantic pragmatic meanings and values. There is a generalized semantic pragmatic model of negative meaning ‘to act like N,’ where N is a surname indicating the agent of action (e.g. Macron, Scholtz, etc., i.e. to behave like Macron – to macron; to behave like Scholz – to scholz/scholzing). It allows for the identifica¬tion of a system of modelled meanings (values) that modify this model in Ukrainian and English. Deanthroponymic formations are capable of a unique implementation of lexical-semantic connections, including paradigmatic (synonymy, antonymy, in¬cluding enantiosemy, homonymy, polysemy); syntagmatic (specific valency leading to the emergence of stable expressions); and epidigmatic (active semantic and word-formation derivation). Additionally, deanthroponymic verb formations serve to model language game, with the most productive types actualizing euphemization / dysphemization, based on paronomasia or associative links with obscene vocabulary. We trace the influence of Ukrainian speech on English-language discourse. The scientific description of the creation of deanthroponymic verb forms motivates the need to form an independent theory, designated as deonymic verb innovation.
