Summary/Abstract: The current issue of the New Journal of Human Rights has two thematic focal points. The first, associated with the case Danileț v. Romania, is supported by two articles dedicated to the decision delivered by the Grand Chamber of the ECtHR. A third text outlines a project of Philosophy of Law conceived to respond to the current crisis of the Romanian legal system, the very context that made the “Danileț case” possible.
