Summary/Abstract: This article was designed to sketch, limited of course, without claims of exhaustiveness or in-depth analysis, a better knowledge, identification, at the level of research from the last six decades of the world in which the Christian missionaries of the first apostolic century traveled, lived, thought, spoke, wrote, preached and interacted. Of these, we focused on two: the Holy Apostle Paul, about whom Saint Luke wrote, and Luke himself. We used the prism and framework that the evangelist Luke left us through his work The Acts of the Apostles.
