Summary/Abstract: Considering as conceptual beginning elements, the current issues of the theory of decision applicable in the area of public politics, the author analyzes and emphasizes the main directions for improving the decision taking process now days. These improvement methods concern both the individual entitled to take decisions as well as the decisional methods / techniques, the management culture of public institution, the infrastructure, the environment and the impact of public politics. Consequently, the author underlines the importance of management improvement of the officials or persons responsible with the projection / implementing of public politics from the governmental structures of Romania in order to became capable of generating projects in the area, according to the tendency of improving the decisional process developing at a worldwide level.
