Summary/Abstract: The issue of applying the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 38/2025 was raised in a case pending before the Târgu Mureș Court of Appeal, Civil Division, on appeal; therefore, we consider that the circumstances of the case are relevant for understanding what their possible consequences might be.
