Summary/Abstract: The text outlines the educational problems associated with the need to express conscious and responsible obedience, disobedience and identity over-obedience in a multicultural world. The author assumes that the essence of identity is the values given in the form of the cultural heritage of the indigenous group, which forms the basis of a continuously forming identity. It has been pointed out that identity disobedience can manifest as the highest degree of obedience and over-obedience to inherited, primordial, inalienable values. The author points out that a particular problem is the power of being a cultural Other, which intensifies the need to formulate currently important existential questions about theunidimensionality and borderline nature of identity, as well as the need for identity affirmation in the face of participating in multiple identities. Educational problems related to active and responsible expression of obedience, disobedience and superobedience were analysed. Many questions were formulated, and many challenges and tasks were pointed out, which we should take up as autonomous subjects, members of socio-cultural groups, political, supranational, continental and global communities. The problem of recognition anxiety, anticipatory anxiety, the need for borderline thinking and action in this process was highlighted. The importance of non-fiction, autobiography and reportage in the process of negotiating and expressing identity obedience, disobedience and over-obedience was pointed out.
