Summary/Abstract: Issue no. 4 of the Journal closes the year 2025, a year that proved extremely challenging for the justice system. A year marked by protests within the judiciary, which led to the slowing down of litigation for several months, and which ultimately ended as one of the busiest in recent years in terms of workload. Incomplete staffing schemes—especially at the level of the enforcement court, namely the district courts—mean that even applications for the approval of enforcement measures are, as a rule, resolved one month or more after their filing date. The future does not look promising, at least not in the key of celerity envisioned by the legislator when drafting the Code of Civil Procedure, particularly the phase dedicated to enforcement.
