Summary/Abstract: The nature and character of the Russian manner of understanding truth is justly and universally considered in the context of the Orthodox religion. However, an unnoticed or underestimated point of heuristic reference are usually the roots of the discussed phenomenon stemming from the structures of archaic experience of sacrum. Acknowledging this element helps to understand, why Russian understanding of both power and truth is connected to related, complimentary and co-assuming totalities of intuition and expectations, which combine sacrum-profanum, might-power, being-truth, order-identity and rightfulnesslegitimization.
