Summary/Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a term familiar to most, but perceptions of the technology’s true level of sophistication and potential use may be far from the truth. How has AI contributed to our society since its emergence? What problems can it solve today, how developed is it really? Should we be concerned about its unknown mechanisms and the lack of regulation? This paper focuses on a more specific but equally significant question: how can AI benefit lawyers, constitutional scholars in particular? Could AI assist in constitutional interpretation or perhaps constitution-making? If so, how should we utilise and integrate technology to facilitate constitutional processes? Are we standing at the threshold of algorithmic constitutionalism? This paper addresses these questions by turning to research on AI and constitutional law. I aim to contribute to legal literature by exploring perspectives beyond human rights and regulatory challenges. The centrepiece is a framework for using AI to generate country-specific recommendations for constitution-making or constitutional amendments and the subsequent steps needed for refining and verifying the generated results. A fundamental understanding of AI and its operation is necessary for thorough conclusions. The chapters aim to provide precise and relevant information without discussing technicalities not directly related to my research question.
