Summary/Abstract: Artificial intelligence, once a concept confined to the realm of fiction, has rapidly evolved and deeply penetrated all areas of social and economic life, developing at an exponential pace. This significant technological advancement raises a series of fundamental legal challenges that require detailed analytical approaches and profound reflection. AI is now in a position where it becomes not only an object regulated by law but also a potential subject of law, even generating the concept of a "third-type legal person." Its impact on the traditional normative structure requires essential modifications to existing regulations and creates the foundation for fundamental developments in law, as the legal field itself becomes a domain of artificial intelligence. This phenomenon paves the way for an emerging "transjuridism," which implies the deep integration of advanced technologies within the normative framework, altering the dynamics and interpretation of legislation in the future.
