Summary/Abstract: The work shows the findings of a special team appointed a few years ago by the rector of the Adam Mickiewicz University Andrzej Lesicki on the topic of the manifestation of antisemitism in the university during the interwar period. The book's main theme is the titular antisemitism in the Poznań University, though essentially the book is a collection of loosely connected studies. My reflections focus on three areas, which are filled with simplifications, myths, and stereotypes, but which were either touched upon marginally in the work or presented in a negative light. The first area concerned the validity of using the term "repressed stories" in the title of the book, the second one is about the antisemitism in Poznań and its distinguishing features, as well as the odium for Poznań resulting from associating it with the National Democracy (endecja). Finally, I discussed the comparative aspect.
