Summary/Abstract: This article presents the work of Juliusz Kłos (1881–1933), an architect, conservator, and professor at Stefan Batory University, one of the key influencers on the cultural landscape of the Vilnius region during the interwar period. Drawing on previously unexplored archival sources, the article explores his wide-ranging activities: conservation work on the most important monuments in Vilnius and the region, architectural projects rooted in national traditionalism, and teaching and popularization. Particular attention is paid to Kłos’s significance in shaping the Polish-Lithuanian cultural heritage and the need for further research into his legacy, which continues to influence the identity of the city and region.
