Summary/Abstract: Humanity is the foundation for building human relations, and its importance in education can hardly be overestimated. The teacher acts not only as a transmitter of knowledge, but also as a guide who shapes the younger generations in the spirit of humanistic values. In their daily work with students, teachers become role models, supporting the development of empathy, responsibility and sensitivity to the needsof others. In a world of rapid technological and social change, the teacher’s task as a guardian of humanityis particularly important. Thus emerges an education with a soul that goes beyond mere transmission of information. School should be a place where every student feels accepted and respected, regardless of their beliefs or background. Creating such a space fosters an attitude of openness and understanding towards others, whichis crucial in today’s globalizing world.
