Summary/Abstract: Spatial imagination accompanies us throughout our lives, even if most of us are not aware of it. It is well known that spatial imagination is very important for a wide range of professions and fields of human activity, but also for the common practice of people in everyday life, where it allows to solve practical problems. We need a certain level of spatial imagination, for example, when reading maps, plans, technical drawings, but also when parking a car. Therefore, it is important to develop spatial imagination as well as other abilities that a person possesses. The presented research aimed, based on the methods of pedagogical research, to map the use and benefits of 3D modelling in selected primary schools as one of the important tools for the development of spatial imagination, including a systematic description of specific tools for the implementation of such focused teaching.
