Summary/Abstract: The subject of this paper is a book titled "The Wedding Palace", by Gorzów poet and writer Zdzisław Morawski. It will discuss the challenges of preparing the author’s hitherto unpublished novel for publication and the steps taken by the editorial team, including the author together with the co-editor Krystyna Kamińska, to prepare the volume for publishing in a way that is attractive to the reader and as faithful to the original autograph as possible.
