Summary/Abstract: The research objective of this article is a transition from physical to semantic individuation (it is alsocalled semantic subjective becoming). The author of this article wants to focus in particular on semantic individuation, that assumes that the only tool, thanks to which we can know the interiority of the subject, is language. The analysis reveals how language creates subjectivity and contributes to the procesual development of the subject. The notions of ethical choice, ethics of immanence and the intensity of the subjective processes of becoming are taken into account. According to the researchers from ‘Deleuzeand Guattari Studies’ Deleuze introduces ‘the intensive conception of language’, causing at the same time, an undertaking of the reflection on the relations of subjective individuation with language, what also means an inauguration of the consideration on the problematic of semantic individuation.
