Summary/Abstract: Contemporary educational systems are increasingly required to ensure quality, efficiency, and sustainable performance under the pressures of digitalization, globalization, and the knowledge-based society. In this context, schools function as complex organizations in which motivation, organizational behavior, and institutional culture significantly influence educational outcomes. This paper provides a multidisciplinary analysis of the paradigms of performance and organizational behavior in educational management, integrating psychological, pedagogical, sociological, and managerial perspectives. The study combines a theoretical framework with an empirical investigation conducted among secondary school teachers, aiming to examine the relationship between professional motivation, organizational climate, and teaching performance. The findings indicate significant positive correlations between intrinsic motivation, a supportive organizational environment, and higher levels of professional effectiveness. The results highlight the need for performance-oriented educational management models focused on human resource development, participative leadership, and continuous improvement. The research contributes to the conceptual and practical understanding of how motivational and organizational factors shape institutional effectiveness in schools.
