STYLISTIC FEATURES OF QIRA’ATS IN IMAM AZ-ZAMAḪŠARĪ’S TAFSIR AL-KASHSHĀF

Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses on the contributions of the renowned mufassir az-Zamaḫsharī in illuminating the stylistic aspects of Quranic qira’ats in his monumental work of tafsir, entitled al-Kashshāf. The study examines his scholarly contributions, tafsir orientation, methodology of Quranic interpretation, and the key features of his approach to Quranic qira’ats, with particular emphasis on his analysis of the meanings of authentic qira’ats in the light of Arabic stylistics.
