Summary/Abstract: This article aims to provide a theoretical and practical-applicative picture of bullying and how it can be countered through storytelling. In both institutionalized and non-formal education, the knowledge and use of certain literary works by teachers or other educators, provided they have a good storytelling ability, can facilitate the management of bullying, either in terms of preventing its manifestation or in terms of counteracting it. In this sense, our discourse is based on several texts subsumable to children's literature (such as Snow White, by Brothers Grimm; The Ugly Duckling, by Hans Christian Andersen; Cinderella, by Charles Perrault/ Brothers Grimm; The Adventures of Pinocchio, by Carlo Collodi; Carrot Top, by Jules Renard; Milton's Secret, by Eckhart Tolle and Robert S. Friedman), but especially considering the work Can't Hurt Me (by David Goggins) which, although is not subsumable to the aforementioned literary compartment, by selectively summarizing and highlighting the valences of bullying, can constitute a good benchmark in managing the reporting of this phenomenon.
