Summary/Abstract: The Covid 19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel, the economic and social and especiallythe social impacts on the population have deepened the polarization of opinions on their solution. Changes in lifestyle, shiftson electronic communication, abuse of social networks created various negatively oriented groups. There are threats oftencause, not only in weaker individuals, the impossibility of a healthy upbringing, and mental illnesses with severe depression. An individual may turn to aggressive behavior, which was confirmed by recent individual attacks by students on schools’ grounds.Terrorist threats have been reported mostly such bomb attacks. In this paper we address the issues of the causes, consequencesand prevention of physical attacks by individuals and bombing threats. The methodology consisted of combining analytical, empirical and statistical methods to capture the overall picture of the security issue, including quantitative analysis of securityindicators. We propose how such situations could be prevented and how the tragic consequences of individual acts of violenceand hybrid threats could be minimized.
