Summary/Abstract: Below you will find the text of a circular dated February 20, 1968, which the Ministers of the Interior, Social Affairs, Public Works, and Housing have just sent to the Prefects, Directors of Health and Social Action, and Directors of Public Works. This circular represents a significant new step forward in promoting the rights of Travellers and improving their living conditions. The understanding attitude of the responsible ministers remains unwavering.
