Summary/Abstract: This article examines whether – under the Constitution of the Republic of Poland – it is admissible to designate the National Broadcasting Council (Pl. Krajowa Rada Radiofonii i Telewizji) as a state authority responsible for countering media disinformation. Conducted by applying linguistic interpretations and legal-logic reasoning as well as the dogmatic and historical legal methods, this analysis demonstrates that the aforementioned designation is admissible. Also, the article considers the advantages and disadvantages of such designation.
