Summary/Abstract: Academic youth is a unique social group transitioning from adolescence to adulthood, supported by education and social activities. Universities enable students to engage in scientific circles, student government, and even NGOs. This activity aims to develop their skills and facilitate entry into the job market. Research conducted at Rzeszów universities showed that the level of engagement in various organizational forms varies but remains significantly low.
