Summary/Abstract: Whereas the life and the most important aspects of the activity of the well-known cleric, publicist, philologist, and politician, the first patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church (1925-1939), Dr. Ilie Miron Cristea, under the lay name Ilie Cristea, has aroused interest, related to the research carried out in the consistent bibliography made up of monographs, doctoral theses, undergraduate works, studies discovered in specialized journals, cultural newspapers and articles inserted in various periodical publications. To these are then added the communications held at scientific events, such as sessions, symposia, medallions, and, of course, interventions in radio and television shows, etc. Since almost all those who have undertaken research on his activity record his presence in Alba Iulia on December 1, 1918, I think some considerations related to his displacement and activity on November 30, December 1, and 2, when it was decided the unification of Transylvania proper, Banat, Crișana, and Maramureș with Romania.
