Summary/Abstract: As the burden of proof is reversed as regards the substantiation of a negative deed, in order to reject the employer’s claim to order the payment of compensation, the employee should have demonstrated the contrary positive deed, respectively to prove that all the financial liabilities due to the company were paid upon termination of the employment relationships.
