Summary/Abstract: Prof. Dr. Zina Karaeva, who advocates that ‘science is a means of serving the nation and future generations’, is regarded as one of the exemplary scholars of Kyrgyz scientific culture with her profound worldview, extensive knowledge, and distinguished mentorship experience. This study aims to provide a systematic examination of Karaeva’s scholarly stance, founded on the principles of diligence and integrity, as well as her role in society as a woman scholar, her perspective on the master–apprentice tradition in academia, and her views on the relationship between science and society. The primary data source of the study is the document entitled “Süyüktüü Ustat Professor Zina Karaeva menen maek” (2025). Employing the academic biographical research method and data analysis techniques, the study approaches the interview as a cultural document reflecting a scholar’s intellectual framework, value system, and pedagogical approach. The findings of the study indicate that the academic identity of Prof. Dr. Zina Karaeva —who embodies the fundamental principles of academic idealism and the universal values of humanity—can be regarded as a significant symbol of scientific integrity rooted in social responsibility, diligence, and cultural memory, as well as of a strong work ethic and mentorship ethics within Kyrgyz scientific and cultural life.
