Summary/Abstract: With the rapid expansion of the halal product market in recent years, issues related to consumer trust and perceived risk have gained increasing importance. In this context, understanding how these concepts have been addressed in the academic literature has become essential. This study aims to examine the existing research on consumer trust and risk perception in halal products and to reveal the general trends in this field. For this purpose, a total of 256 scientific publications indexed in the Web of Science database and published between 2007 and 2025 were analyzed. The analysis focuses on publication trends, citation patterns, authors, institutions, countries, and frequently used keywords. The findings indicate that the number of studies in this field has increased significantly, particularly after 2015. Malaysia and Indonesia emerge as the most productive countries, while universities from these countries also stand out in terms of institutional contributions. The keyword analysis further shows that the literature mainly concentrates on themes such as trust, quality, consumer behavior, and purchase intention. Overall, the study provides a comprehensive overview of the development of the literature on consumer trust and risk perception in halal products and offers a general framework for future research in this area.
