Summary/Abstract: This study examines coordination and feedback as two core mechanisms that enhance the effectiveness of strategic management processes in organizations, drawing on both conceptual discussion and illustrative business cases. Although classical management functions are traditionally framed as planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, the paper argues that this framework alone is insufficient in today’s uncertain and rapidly changing business environment. It contends that coordination and feedback must be designed as systematic management domains to ensure the successful execution of strategic decisions. Coordination is conceptualized as an integrative mechanism that aligns internal units and external stakeholders around shared objectives, while feedback is treated as a continuous, timely, and bidirectional process of learning and development in modern management practice. Through the cases of Airbus, Ford, Procter & Gamble and Google, the study demonstrates that weak coordination may lead to costly outcomes, whereas institutionalized coordination and feedback strengthen resilience, innovation capacity, employee engagement, agility, and sustainable organizational performance.
