Summary/Abstract: By enshrining the general principles of the rule of law and adopting rules governing the organization and functioning of the judiciary, the way has been paved for genuine judicial reform characterized by the progressive deepening of the relevant rules and rules of judicial procedure. The existence of rules governing specific procedures to prevent violations of the principles underlying the organization and functioning of justice as a public service contributes to effectively guaranteeing the supremacy of the Constitution and the laws. Maintaining and strengthening the principle of free access to justice guarantees citizens' effective access to justice.
