VIOLENT CRIME – LEGAL REALITIES AND LEGISLATIVE DYNAMICS

Summary/Abstract: Many of the social realities that belong to the area of violent crime become legal realities, as a result of ex-oficio or other modalities of reporting to judicial bodies. The presentation will analyze legal realities regarding family violence/domestic reflected on statistics, as well as the legislative dynamics related to these forms of violent crime. As a conclusion we could emphasize that is an utopie to think that this phenomenon is stopable, but at least some legislative and adminsitrtive measures are preferable in order to diminish the black figure of victimization and also some special measures in the field of education are recomandable.
