Summary/Abstract: The provisions of art. 1182 paragraph (2) letter a) of the Criminal Code of 1969 shall be constitutional insofar as the extended confiscation shall not apply on the assets acquired before the entry into force of Law no. 63/2012 for the amendment and supplement of the Criminal Code of Romania and of Law no. 286/2009 on the Criminal Code.
