Summary/Abstract: Since the appellant was legally obliged to request the type of pension in writing to the territorial pension fund and to file the documents required to prove the conditions provided by law for claimed pension category, the circumstance in which he submitted to the territorial pension fund an application for the determination of the partial anticipated pension shall not exempt him from the obligation to request another pension type in writing, amongst those provided by art. 51 of Law no. 263/2010, respectively a retirement pension.
