ЈЕДАН ПОГЛЕД НА НАЧИН ОДАБИРА ГЛУМАЦА У СТАЛНЕ ПОЗОРИШНЕ АНСАМБЛЕ
ONE PERSPECTIVE ON THE METHOD OF SELECTING ACTORS FOR PERMANENT THEATER ENSEMBLES THEORETICAL FOUNDATION

Summary/Abstract: Institutional theaters in Serbia are based on the principle of ensembles, whose members are permanently employed artists. In ballet and opera, auditions are conducted, while for actors this is not the case. Since the legal position of all of these artists is the same, we see a paradox that should be addressed; in terms of drawing attention to the necessity of modeling the actors audition and proposing its form. With the awareness of the complexity of designing such an audition, we started collecting theoretical material that could serve as a basis. With an interdisciplinary approach and an analyticaldescriptive method, we tried to find the elements the future model would consist of and analyzed the viewpoints from wich each relevant discipline observes this problem. This is how we reached the goal of the work – a systematic presentation of selected theories and finding common factors among them, in the context of the acting profession. At the end, we presented the initial instructions towards the creation of the future practical model.
