Summary/Abstract: This work discusses two poetic works published by Edicions Poncianes in the last decade: Gabriel Ventura's W and Juana Dolores' Rèquiem català: i si una nació desfilant per una catifa vermella, as proposals for hybridisation of text and image that thematize the tension between reality and fiction in arts. This happens in the conjunction between the postmodern crisis of the referent and the new ubiquitous status of the image. In both, the image plays a central role, which allows us to set a dialogue between the textual and discursive components and Ingrid Guardiola's diagnosis of the new status of the image as a generator of realities, in this case, from the imaginary of literature and the virtual way of thinking about the context.
