Summary/Abstract: Invoking a simple vocation arising from common law does not represent a sufficient basis for the court of law to find the existence of an alleged deed of discrimination, as long as one of the essential legal requirements for the classification of a deed as discriminatory, is that it should have resulted in the restriction on a right, and the respective right should have been recognized by the law.
