7. Implications of the Constitutional Court Decision no. 266/2014 in the field of dispute resolution through mediation

Summary/Abstract: Mediation institution legally established both in the Community law and in our law, is intended to simplify the dispute settlement between the parties with undeniable advantages for both parties in dispute. Within the national legislative framework, in relation to Community rules, this study aims at an analysis of several aspects of the mediation procedure, following the delivery, by the Constitutional Court, of Decision no. 266/2014.
