15. Complete retirement contributions in case of diplomatic personnel. Exceptional situation set forth in art. 8 paragraph (3) of the calculation Methodology – Appendix no. 1 to the G.E.O. no. 59/2011

Summary/Abstract: In conjunction with the data of the table in Appendix no. 1 to the Calculation Methodology for the standard retirement ages, complete retirement contributions and minimum retirement contributions and for the complete retirement contributions of 30 years set forth in case of diplomatic personnel by art. 1 paragraph (1) letter a) of the G.E.O. no. 36/2003, it is considered that there may be situations in which it may become incidental the exceptional provision of art. 8 paragraph (3) of the Calculation Rule of the G.E.O. no. 59/2011, in which within the process of reviewing the pension rights according to the G.E.O. no. 59/2011 it should be used some complete retirement contributions more favorable than the limit of 30 years set forth by the law into force upon creating the pension rights, respectively by the G.E.O. no. 36/2003.
