Summary/Abstract: The doctor is the medical unit’s servant not only on its service duties such as those established by regulations: visits, compliance program guards and so on, but in those situations where even discuss the issue of health care. The main argument is based on the idea of strict liability of the medical unit based on the idea of risk and/or security theory.
