Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the legal challenges regarding the notarial certification of facts on the Internet. The scope of the study covers judicial practice concerning proceedings under Art. 591 (Certification of Duplicate Copy of Document) and Art. 593 (Memorandum of Ascertainment) of the Code of Civil Procedure. The author highlights the advantages of the memorandum of ascertainment as a technically superior method and provides a comparative legal analysis with the French standard. The study justifies the necessity for explicit legislative regulation of notarial certifications of facts in the electronic environment to ensure legal certainty in the digital age.
