Summary/Abstract: By the decision no. 1/2014 on clarifying legal issues forming the subject matter of the file no. 2/1/2013/HP, issued by the High Court of Cassation and Justice – the panel for clarifying legal issues, the nature of this legal institution, namely of preventing inconsistent judicial practice, was confirmed, and the decision and considerations of the supreme court shall be taken into consideration by all courts of labor disputes in solving this type of cases.
