8. Action for declaring the absolute nullity of supporting documents of electricity consumption. Conditions and effects, in terms of interpreting the notion of “legal act”

Summary/Abstract: The supporting documents of electricity consumption do not have the capacity as legal act, which must meet the requirements of art. 948 of the civil Code, whether they are issued or not under a contract, but they are only evidence of consumption. Consequently, one cannot request by legal action the declaration of nullity of these documents, and any deficiencies regarding their content may be invoked as defense regarding their probative value for the claims included in their content by the issuer of the documents.
